Guidelines for returns, cancellations, and refunds to ensure clear expectations for every purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original condition. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Request Requirements
Valid proof of purchase and order reference are required. Items must be checked at delivery time and issues reported promptly.
Refund & Exchange Handling
Faulty or incorrect items qualify for refund or replacement after inspection. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Delivery fees may be excluded where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplements or products with broken seals are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
